What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Contact forms
Newsletter List
Suzanne’s email newsletter list data is stored via the third party MailChimp and is managed by Suzanne. Data is never sold to a third party or made available for sale. The information collected (such as your name and email and country) is stored to allow Suzanne to communicate directly with you. She may send you emails about new releases, special offers, trivia, giveaways, and contests related to her books. At any time, you may unsubscribe from these email newsletters by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of each newsletter.
Blog – New Post Notification
You can sign up to receive notification of New Posts on Suzanne’s Blog. This data is kept on the website and only accessed by Suzanne. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of each blog post.
Purchase links
If you purchase a book through a link on this website, your purchase will be handled by the vendor you select (for example, Amazon, Kobo, Nook, Apple, Google Play). They maintain their own information about you that is not shared with Suzanne.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Children
This Website and our services are aimed at adults, and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Data relating to children aged under 15 years old. If you are under the age of 15, please do not provide us with any of your Personal Data, including your email address.
