First, pick some nice ripe cherries from your garden.
Best with the morning dew on them.
Sort and rinse and measure. Find the canner. Get the jars sterilized. Make sure you have lots of sugar and Certo available. And a couple of hours later, you get this.

Anything with sugar is relatively straightforward. Need to make sure all is sterilized and then it’s just step by step.
