Last Wednesday, we hiked the Spray River Loop in Banff National Park, Canada. Notice the Sun Protection: long-sleeved shirt and pants rated SPF 50, wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses and Beko.

On Sunday, we hiked the Plain of Six Glaciers Trail. Here I am, standing in the snow on a beautiful July day. That’s Lake Louise in the background.

And 365 metres below (that’s 1,200 feet), we are back at Lake Louise.
Perfect timing with your pictures, Suzanne. I’ve had plantar fasciitis for the last few months, but I think it’s finally cured enough to push for a hike. I miss the mountains!

Love the Beko’s Suzanne! Who knew they even existed. What a great idea.
What awesome photos you have. Beautiful hike!

The Beko is a terrific idea. I always buy makeup with sunscreen but of course it wears off. And I envy your proximity to the mountains. Oh, to head out for a hike in the morning and be back at home for evening supper.
Yes, I love my Beko. So far I only have beige and black, but I may go for some of those polka dot ones.
Jan – I do hope your feet are behaving. I remember the trouble you were having with shoes . . . . Good luck with the hiking!
