It’s a little “Charlie Brown size” tree and it’s standing in the living room with a star on top. Maybe it will get a string of cranberries in a few days.
We’re trying to do Christmas Lite this year and not go overboard with the decorating and the prep. We’re trying to keep the focus on the Spirit of Christmas, and not the tinsel and trappings. We may or may not succeed…
Do you tend to go overboard with Christmas prep? Does the To Do List get longer and longer? Are there any activities that aren’t really necessary? Are there some traditions that absolutely must happen?

I LOVE Christmas. I wouldn’t give up a single one of my traditions!!!
Tree decorating, baking cookies, Christmas concert, Christmas cards, wrapping presents. It really is a long list but I enjoy every minute of it!!!
I must admit though, I am pretty tired by the time Boxing Day gets here. Fortunately for me, standing in line ups for sales is not one of my traditions!!!
